The purchased items must be in perfect condition (new, clean and unused) with all garment tags attached and with the document, confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of the specified items. Return of the items, which was used, isn't maken*.
You can return your purchase within 14 days of ordering or 14 days* within of receiving the order.

*According to paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.
**According to paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1, upon refusal of the consumer from the goods, the seller must return to him the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 10 (ten) days from the date the consumer submits the relevant requirement.

- At the agreed time the courier will arrive to pick up your goods.
- Fill out the return application, which enclosed with the order in the package.
- Return processing period 1-4 days.
- After the approval of the return, you will be transferred funds to the card within a period 1-10 business days. Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your bank and can reach 30 banking days.
- Money is returned only to the card or bank account regardless of your payment method. Refunds are made net of the amount paid for delivery at checkout **
